For a long time (months!) I had my eating under control and it felt so good. Plus when I eat well I always feel closer to God. Food substitutes my craving for him. And a couple of weeks ago - out of the blue - I started loosing control again. To no reason really, except I've been very tired and exhausted. And once I lost control it is SO HARD to get my feet back on the ground. Why is that? So frustrating.
